   We operate and maintain Class 100 cleanrooms as described by the United States Federal Standard 209 at all data recovery locations. This is critical, that in the event the hard drive needs to be opened, it prevents external contamination (dust and other airborne particles) of the interior drive workings.

   For the cost of the evaluation, our technicians will spend one to several hours of testing with our specialized software and hardware to diagnose the recovery. Then we provide you with a list of data in the recovery and most importantly an accurate quote.

7. Confidentiality & Security:
   

   LWG Data Recovery agrees to keep all data recovered from the equipment confidential, and will apply the same standards of care in maintaining the confidentiality and security of the Client's data as it does with its own. Any data recovered from the equipment will be provided solely to the Client. Any information requested from the Client will be used solely for the purpose of recovering the desired data.

8. Inventory parts:
   

   LWG Data Recovery maintains 1000's of hard drive parts in inventory to recover hard drive mechanical failures quickly and cost effectively. If we do not have the part for your hard drive, we can locate it in our global supply network.

10. Accessibility to technicians:

11. Ability to see files that can be recovered before they are recovered:
    

    LWG provides you with a secure and confidential directory listing of files and folders in your data recovery. It allows you the time to evaluate and confidence in what your recovery will include.

12. No Outsourcing:
    

    All of our data recoveries are performed in our recovery labs and clean room facilities. It's simple - this is our business and we never outsource any data recovery work
