LWG utilizes specific tools developed to recover Apple/Macintosh Systems. We have successfully recovered files from apple file systems such as:
- HFS
- HFS+
- Apple Mac RAID arrays
LWG has the expertise to handle any Macintosh system, from Mac Classic through the latest OS-X based systems, even Apple I-pod and other mobile devices.
In the case of severe file system damage we have the capability to search for raw files such as common graphic/image formats used by the desktop publishing community. Once data is recovered, the files and folders can be returned to you on the media of your choice.
If a hard drive is suffering from a mechanical or electrical failure then it is handled like any other failed hard drive. The drive in analyzed, then if necessary, repairs are completed in one of LWG's clean-rooms. Once the drive is repaired the files and folders are examined.
